Ooops, I havenโ€™t posted in 6 months. How can that Ooops, I havenโ€™t posted in 6 months. How can that be right?

I wanted to jump on and give a little update from me, as Iโ€™ve been settling in to my new home, new state, new lifeโ€ฆ

It takes a whole lot out of me when I move houses as Iโ€™m sure many of you could relate. I officially moved to Melbourne in October and then spent a few months adjusting, recovering, and organising the essentials for our new place.

(Big blessings and thank youโ€™s to my regular clients who were so patient with me during that time while my availability was reduced!!!)

Iโ€™ve been feeling a big draw to look after my long term future health this year 2026. Things like working on posture, committing to regular yoga & Pilates to keep myself flexi & strong, osteo/chiro to support my back, hips & neck, prioritising sleep, going on walks again, diving deeper into skin careโ€ฆ

Itโ€™s not that different to what I usually like to work on but somehow this feels different because I have long term health in mind, like how do I want to feel in 30 years, and what do I need to do now to get there?

Iโ€™ll be turning 33 this year and my partner and I have noticed that at this age physical issues donโ€™t seem to get magically better anymore, we need to actively work on them in order to improve. Ahh the reality check.

Im starting to feel like my regular self in terms of professional capacity, so I am welcoming new clients again. Please get in touch if you have been wanting to book in. At this stage I am only doing online consults, but will hopefully look at getting a brick & mortar clinic again in the future. โœจ
๐Ÿ“ฃAnnouncement: Iโ€™m Moving! Itโ€™s been a crazy few ๐Ÿ“ฃAnnouncement: Iโ€™m Moving!

Itโ€™s been a crazy few months behind the scenes, and thereโ€™s good news and bad news for me.

Good news: We bought our first home! Very cute, cozy European vibes in Middle Park, Melbourne. ๐Ÿก

Bad news: It means I have to say goodbye to my lovely Bangalow clinic ๐Ÿฅฒ

Iโ€™ve been in touch with my regular clients to organise products for the time Iโ€™m off in the whirlwind of moving interstate. If you havenโ€™t heard from me or you need something please get in touch asap.

Iโ€™m packing up the clinic in Bangalow this week and will be taking my clinic online when I arrive in Melbourne. I will be able to see current clients again from mid-October. New clients are welcome to book in with me online from November onwards.

Wish me luck, moving always freaks me out! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

OOOHHHHHH so good to see the sun again after Cyclo OOOHHHHHH so good to see the sun again after Cyclone Alfred turned our lives upside-down for a good minute. ๐ŸŒ€๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

I loved watching everyoneโ€™s updates on insta stories or posts, so here is mine!

We had no power for 4 days - can you believe it? Iโ€™ve never experienced black outs for more than a few hours so that was surreal for me. โšก๏ธ๐Ÿ”Œ

We used fairy lights, candles and battery lamps at night - that part was pretty cute actually and not too far off what I normally do for light at night anyway. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ

For cooking we used a camp stove or barbecue (lucky we had enough gas), and basically ate our hearts out on potatoes, eggs, (shelf stable, prepackaged) soup and canned beans - also was surprisingly good. ๐Ÿฅซ

Our fridge broke a few days before Alfred hit, so we were already pros at living without a fridge by then haha. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

My partner Mish had his birthday on the 10th, so the first โ€œofficalโ€ day of the cyclone. What a birthday present hey? I made him birthday pancakes on the barbecue with butter, maple syrup & bananas on top. The batter was GF and had powered vanilla bean in it - legit hey! ๐Ÿฅž
We played board games, I made him a card with coloured pencils, we made our potato/soup concoction, watched shows on his laptop together (while it still had charge). Was actually a superrrrr nice day.

After that though, the novelty slowly started to wear off. I was sudoku-ing like mad, the one book I had wasnโ€™t doing it for me and THEN we got the message that our water was unsafe to drink, ugh. ๐Ÿ˜’

Now, because of the job I have, Iโ€™m verrrryyyy aware of the risk of parasites and nasty bacteria in untreated water. I do testing on clients every week and find some pretty nasty bacteria regularly that cause major issues to gut health yes, but also mental health. After having clinical AND personal experience with it, Iโ€™m not about to mess around with that, so life got a bit weird after that. ๐Ÿฆ ๐Ÿงซ
