Step 1: Book in for your FREE Intro.
Step 2: Once you’ve had your free intro and you decide you want to go ahead, we’ll book your Initial Consultation in Montville or Online/Phone.
Step 3: After your initial consult we will book you in for your follow ups as needed either in Montville or Online/Phone.

What an appointment involves
Your questions answered.
Your first appointment will be in a relaxed and welcoming non-judgement zone.
It will take approximately 60-75 minutes, and involve an in-depth conversation about your health goals, previous health history, family history, diet and lifestyle. After the consultation, I will make up your personalised Herbal Tonic and Nutritional Compound and give you a copy of your health plan which includes diet and lifestyle recommendations.
Follow up consultations are 30-45 minutes long. They are usually scheduled 2 weeks after the initial appointment to see how you are responding to the treatment plan and then every 4 weeks after that until both the symptomatic and core issues are fully resolved (usually 6 months). This ensures we develop a consistent treatment strategy for maximum results. We use further diagnostic tools like iridology and pathology testing to gain even more insight into how your body is working and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
How to prepare for a consultation
Once you’ve booked in you will recieve an email with instructions and a questionnaire to fill out. Fill in your questionnaire at least 48 hours before the appointment. Have a think about your goals and health history so it is fresh in your mind for the appointment.

Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel or change an appointment, please email me as soon as possible.
You are able to cancel your appointment without any fees up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. Consultations cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time and missed appointments will incur 50% of the consultation fee.
This policy is in place to ensure consistency in booking processes. I strongly value your time, and I appreciate a mutual value for my time and the time of other clients.
