These babies are super simple, wheat-free, sugar-free and guilt-free!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 free-range eggs
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut
- A good dash of vanilla
Method:
1. Pop all ingredients into a blender or bullet mixer, as if you were making a smoothie and boom, you have a single serve of pancakes ready to go!
2. Fry in organic butter, flip when they bubble and serve with maple syrup and walnuts.
